Lead SFPD detective John Hunter is months away from retirement.  He’s spent his entire life working to clean up the streets of San Francisco.  Like a football game, where two or three key plays can often change the course and outcome of the game, life is often the same.  John Hunter is about to be faced with a situation that will be his trigger to how he will spend his time in retirement.  While family, fishing and his buddies will still play a roll, they will, at times, play a backseat to the direction he’s headed.  Hunter’s life is about to become very complicated...and dangerous.  

 

Hunter’s work has molded him to see criminals in black and white. There are good guys and bad guys. His job has been to get the bad guys off the streets.  His new experiences will begin to mold and shape him to see people and life through a different lens.

 

Pinky Swear has a bit of everything: Action, humor, twists and turns, some edgy social issues, and even throws in some recipe’s the readers may enjoy.  While the language and action can, at times, be raw, so is life.
